We'd visited the workshop a few years ago, and when the time came to buy a nice sturdy umbrella again, I turned to H2O. Perfectly protected from this morning's draught and with class 😎

I sent my broken umbrella in for repair (thanks to the lifetime warranty), and had it back in barely a week; H2O umbrellas were extremely fast!

I bought this umbrella at the end of last year as a gift for my daughter, and this is already the 2nd time I've had to send it in for repair! And each time it's cost me €20 (€12 to pay online for return shipping, and about €8 to the post office for postage). For the purchase price I paid, the quality isn't what it used to be, I'm disappointed!

Absolutely perfect. Repaired my umbrella to like new condition. The lifetime warranty is real and I paid nothing. Deadlines totally respected. Couldn't be better. Don't change a thing.

Parcel received well packed and therefore in very good condition. Customer service responded very quickly to my question about the inclusion of a sleeve in the model ordered, which reassured me. Umbrella not yet tested "in conditions".

After two entirely satisfactory purchases, I'm disappointed this time: my little folding umbrella only lasted six months before two of its ribs broke. I was told on the phone that this model is sensitive to strong winds... Admittedly, the repair was free and carried out quickly, but I spent a total of 27 euros on postage. The price of an umbrella made in Asia. I may choose H2O again, but...

I had sent 2 cane umbrellas for broken ribs and a folding umbrella for broken ribs. However, in the case of the folding umbrella, the handle strap was broken and was not repaired... I was very surprised.
