Satisfied with the order processing and the quality/price ratio. Less satisfied with the warranty which does not comply with the warranty conditions in France.

Hattila does not respond to emails with questions that are sent through the website. The offers are not honored at the time of payment.

Hattila is good, but the product I bought, namely a slingshot (budget model), is not worth anything.

Very good... but no respect for the deadline. The purchase was a Christmas gift received in February. Note that the product awaiting delivery was still displayed as available within 7 days on the site, which is not very honest towards buyers.

clear site, package received quickly and responsive customer service. However, I had a promo code for free traits that I entered on the site during the purchase but not seeing it appear, I even entered it a second time and the site alerted me that the code was already entered. However, during my order it did not appear on the invoice so I did not receive the offer and had to contact customer service who agreed to send them to me in exchange for shipping costs which I would have preferred to avoid. I therefore leave this rather positive note because everything else was very good

Processing and shipping took a bit longer. But the contact with the service was quick and easy. The goods were complete and well packaged. I can only recommend it if you don't mind a longer waiting time.
