Hello. Packaging a bit light. A small box might be better? But everything is intact, no worries...

Shipping, tracking and speed impeccable However, the customer service needs to be reviewed The main material is good, the accessories are a bit less so, the customer service has sometimes surprising responses regarding the solution to a product defect (tape on a fixing tube to increase its diameter and hold properly in the picatinny rail ring??? An exchange would have been more conclusive) especially considering the €30 shipping fees... to be reviewed

Very responsive customer service, just for info, be sure to inform when returning that on one hand you deduct the initial shipping costs and that on the second hand the return costs are at our expense. So double penalty. Otherwise, you can order without any problem, serious site
