1 month wait for a product in stock! Surely due to the holiday period!

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, Certainly not, we ship packages every business day of the year. If you had contacted us by email during the order, I would have shown you that one of the two ordered products was not in stock, hence the waiting time. With us, it's very simple: if the product is in stock then displayed in stock and shipped within 24H, if the product is not in stock then displayed a delay of 2-3 weeks and we wait for restocking. It is absolutely impossible that you waited a month for a product in stock, either the crossbow or the arrows were being restocked but you did not see it (despite the delays indicated in the product sheet and the cart). Thank you.

good communication, fast shipping but sending 6 crossbow strings loose in bubble wrap is mediocre...

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, I am a bit disappointed to see that you give us a 3/5 when I have already explained to you the reason for the delivery delay: the target and the crossbow were not in stock at the time of the order. Best regards.
