However, the delivery provider (TNT) is really unprofessional.
I placed 2 orders, and for both, no one came to deliver the package (even though I paid a total of 15€ extra for that ...). The packages were directly dropped off at a parcel relay.
And today I learned that the 2nd package was misdirected and is ... "lost"?

the bag containing the brake pad was torn and weirdly open but it is perfect.

The packaging was open because the brake pads are packaged two by Rollerblade, however it is rare to need two brakes at once so we offer them individually.
