Place an order from abroad. I am a podiatry student. So that a family member could receive it in Barcelona and bring it to me. Since it is not available in my country. They sent me an email asking me for the cif. Something that I can not have because I do not live in that country. And after that they did not communicate again. Days passed and I sent a WhatsApp, where they told me that my order had been bounced. Because of the cif problem. I asked how I could do since I was from abroad. They gave me no answers and sent me to talk to a distributor in Barcelona so that he could sell me. They gave me a phone number. I could never get in touch with him. I really don't understand why they don't sell to professionals in other countries. When in our country there are none and it is needed. I do not understand why they did not give me an explanation by email and I had to resort to WhatsApp because no one would tell me anything. And add that they charged me for the sale and now I am waiting for the card to subtract that amount since it still appears in my account statement. A pity

The navigation and the page is good and clear. But these last few times it seems that they changed the delivery company and it was very bad because they did not notify me by email (as the previous one) to let me know that the order was already in shipment, nor when they delivered it or that they had delivered it. In fact, they delivered it in a commercial place next to the address they had for delivery and they did not notify me that they had delivered it.
