The products arrived safely and on time, but now I need to return one of the backpacks and I'm being told that the cost is my responsibility. They gave me a link to read about how to do it, but it doesn't really help much. And on top of that, having to cover the costs is really unpleasant. I'll think twice before buying next time because of the difficulties with returns.

I wanted a set of the four puzzles, but they sent me four copies of each one. I don't understand how I was supposed to order them, especially since I first wrote to ask for information on completing the collection because I already had two. I was told no, so I ordered all four and received duplicates of every one. Anyway, everything else was great; the package arrived very quickly.
Thanks

Great service and speed from this company.
They not only helped me immediately over the phone to correct an error I made when entering the shipping address, but the package also arrived incredibly quickly despite the long distance and was in perfect condition.
I would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.

Everything was very well packaged and very good. I’ll definitely buy again. It was fast, and the delivery person provided good service.
