On holidays, delivery companies do not deliver. The order on our part was sent correctly. This last order, to which you are lying again, we sent on the 26th, but I expressly indicated via Whatsapp that we should not send it until Monday 29/12 because I was NOT at home and could not receive it. The order was sent on the 29th correctly by Correos Express as you wanted, although my colleagues already warned you about the problems with Correos Express in Ciudad Real. The order, as stated in the tracking, was sent and collected on the same day 29, but due to delays typical of these dates, until TODAY 31 it has not been taken out for delivery. You lie again when you say it is not out for delivery and that you have claimed to the bank, the shipment has been out for delivery since 9 in the morning, and your review is at 11:00h.- Honestly, in 17 years we have never seen a person with such a lack of manners and respect, that the colleague who attended you ended up with an anxiety attack from your attacks, lies, insults, and threats, and more, on a day like New Year's Eve, that the colleague spent 4 hours talking to you, to which you only threatened and insulted.
