The shipping and tracking service is excellent. But the smell of the 'saffron' incense seemed horrible to me. It smelled like cheap cologne. I have lived in India for quite some time and I know how saffron incense smells. Nothing like these sticks. What a shame. Best regards.

In the product photo, it looked like a deep and saturated blue color. When it arrived, instead of blue, it was gray, whitish with a slight hint of dirty blue. On the other hand, I was not notified of the arrival of the product at the citypack and it was forwarded to the post office, so the pickup was not as I had requested. I am thinking of returning the product.

Hello Adriana, First of all, we appreciate your order, regarding the color this product in question is handmade and the color may vary a bit, we apologize for the confusion that the photo on the website may have caused, we have contacted you to resolve this incident. Regarding the delivery, as you can see on the shipping label, it was correctly sent to Citypack, but according to the information provided by Correos, the Citypack could not accept the package (this is usually for two reasons: it is full and there is no capacity, or there is no space available for the size of the package), so they proceeded to attempt a home delivery while being absent at 09:06, and later it was put for pickup at the Post Office. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are at your complete disposal to solve the problem. Thank you very much!

Well, they should have notified that the order was going to be left at a delivery point, I expected it at home like the previous one and I don't know what could have happened. But a bit disappointed, to be honest.
