Already the current logistics team is not doing its job properly. My package has been resent 2 times for the same address issue... It is unacceptable for a package to be sent without an address. You agree with me that before validating the order, all information is verified... and even when the package is resent, no application on the packaging. Before you secure the bottles, which is no longer the case. Two bottles from my order broke. Who will reimburse me? My only problem with ht26 service is the delivery, they don't provide tracking details of orders which makes it very difficult to know when your orders would be delivered.
