Hello, I had a very bad experience with HT26 because since 08/06/2023 I placed an order on the site and until now I have not received my order and I have not been refunded. I called HT26 Paris and I spoke to a very unpleasant saleswoman who has no respect for customers as she also spoke badly to my husband. She even hung up on me.

Your husband knows how he treats all the female staff at HT26 when he calls. Your package was not delivered due to the lack of handling of your street number by our partner. I really like the HT26 products, my friends tell me that I have beautiful glowing skin
the order was delivered very quickly
but in addition to the shipping fees I paid for DHL, I received an email for customs fees
I was not sure, I thought it was fraud
I would like in the future for customs fees to be included in the shipping fees and for you to pay them directly to DHL to avoid risks of fraud.
