The two gloves do not fit on the hand because the elastic at the wrists is too loose, so it is impossible to rub well without the glove coming off the hand. It's a shame for a glove at this price.

Response from HT26

To apologize for this inconvenience, we will send you a new glove for free with your next order. Have a nice day. Best regards. The ht26 team

Disappointed with the product delivered to me because it is not the same product I ordered, plus it gives me pimples.

Response from HT26
Hello, We are truly sorry that the product did not meet your satisfaction. However, allow us to provide some important clarifications to avoid any confusion: The product received is indeed the one you ordered: At HT26, we do not add color stabilizers to our formulas, which can lead to natural variations in shade (whiter, more beige, more amber). The formula remains strictly identical, only the color may vary from one batch to another — and this does not alter the effectiveness of the treatment. It is a body cream: It should not be applied to the face, as the skin on the face is much finer and more reactive. This may explain the appearance of pimples if the product was not used on the intended area. Best regards. The HT26 team
