No one warns you before printing x number of copies with white borders, and then of course they use a lot of technical terms to explain that it's all your fault.
We have read your feedback regarding your order and understand your disappointment. We would like to clarify the points you raised.
Your PDF file was sent in a format of 31.9881 cm x 42.3069 cm for a finished format of 9.2 x 12.5 cm, without bleed or trim lines.
To obtain the finished format of 9.2 x 12.5 cm, we applied a homothetic reduction to your files.
As there was no 5 mm bleed, we followed our recommendations for bleed and safety zone, as explained in the templates available for download in the "Oracle Card" product sheet.
This is why you have white borders on the front and back, so as not to distort the visuals of your deck of cards.
No professionalism, very incompetent. They took more than a month to send my order, and when I received it's with the wrong paper... I emailed and messaged, no answer... Their excuse it's a holiday. Everyday is a holiday in France?
We have taken into account your complaint e-mail of Wednesday 4 September concerning an error in the paper weight corresponding to your MSGEXVUAD order.

Paper rather than film packaging was a bad idea... some oracles arrived mixed in with others

For this order the quality is not up to scratch, bad cuts, cards with marks etc.... Disappointed

We had difficulties printing your business cards in white on Fedrigoni Sirio Ultra Black 370g paper. Indeed, the unstable nature of the paper as well as its power of absorption have challenged our teams to deliver your order on time and with the expected result.

I was disappointed with the quality of the paper. However, you told me it was Belline quality and several people have remarked on this. I do not recommend you and in no way does it look like Belline quality.
