Order placed on inlandsis, and the post lost my package. I contacted customer service which was very responsive and professional. My order was sent again at no additional cost. The products are compliant and of good quality. The Open Back is the only harness that fits my 15kg dog's shape to the shape of a needle. In short, I recommend this brand in every way.

Regarding the harness, it fits well to the morphology of my Australian shepherd. The harness tends to slip on my hips. Maybe it's a matter of adjustment. The leash is very practical, small downside: the collar of the harness is not adjustable, a bit tight for my dog. I appreciate the lightness of the material. I hope it will be durable for use. Thank you for your quick delivery.

Quality products. An oversight in my second package... but quickly resolved. However, I regret the total impossibility of exchanging in person... it's in the air these days, that bad smell!!! especially for a small company like inlandsis where we expect more friendliness.
