Following the instructions, I got the size of the harness right for my border collie, package and delivery time satisfactory.
Order placed on inlandsis, and the post lost my package. I contacted customer service which was very responsive and professional. My order was sent again at no additional cost. The products are compliant and of good quality. The Open Back is the only harness that fits my 15kg dog's shape to the shape of a needle. In short, I recommend this brand in every way.

Regarding the harness, it fits well to the morphology of my Australian shepherd. The harness tends to slip on my hips. Maybe it's a matter of adjustment. The leash is very practical, small downside: the collar of the harness is not adjustable, a bit tight for my dog. I appreciate the lightness of the material. I hope it will be durable for use. Quality products. An oversight in my second package... but quickly resolved. However, I regret the total impossibility of exchanging in person... it's in the air these days, that bad smell!!! especially for a small company like inlandsis where we expect more friendliness. I am waiting for permission from Islandis to return my harness which is great but too big. I will take the smaller size. I regret that Islandis did not respond to my first email where I provided the measurements and the morphology of my dog. This would have avoided me a return at my expense.

Your photos arrived on Sunday at 12:45 PM, and since our customer service is not open on weekends, we responded to you as soon as we opened on Monday morning at 10 AM.
