I take the time to leave a review because really ITSARA is a high-quality site with beautiful jewelry. I called for advice, the girls were adorable and attentive. We would like to clarify that the requested size is indeed useful, as we offer several sizes of rings, each corresponding to a different adjustment range. The fact that the ring is adjustable is clearly indicated on the product sheet as well as in the photos.
An adjustable ring is not more fragile when used as intended. It is designed to be adjusted by one to two sizes maximum and should be handled with care, like any silver jewelry.
Finally, if the ring is uncomfortable under the finger, it is possible that the chosen size range is not the most suitable for your finger. Please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to advise you in order to find the most appropriate size.
