The jewels are patinated, we clean them to make them shine, but the problem is that it's a bit haphazard, because some of our customers like white and shiny, others more patinated, it's a bit complicated to satisfy all our customers the first time.
You can send us an e-mail at [email protected] asking us to return it for cleaning, and we'll give it back a nice shine with no problem 🙂
You can also do it yourself with a stainless steel scouring ball and washing-up liquid.
But really, it's no problem for us 🙂
