On some rings, the silver is not shiny but rather has a matte appearance, making it look like an alloy of steel rather than silver.

As stated on our website and on the page 'Pure and Solid Silver', all our jewelry bears our registered importer hallmark in precious metals at the customs guarantee of Nice. This proves the quality of the material and the origin of your jewelry.
Moreover, our jewelry always has a silver content of over 92.5% (as indicated on our page about silver quality) because they are made of pure silver: 99.9% silver without any mix. Only jewelry with soldering has a silver content between 98% and 96% because an alloy of 50% silver with 50% copper is necessary to make the soldering. However, it is impossible for us to affirm the silver content of each piece of jewelry, it always fluctuates between 96% and 99.9% silver. This is an excellent and rare quality.

Very pretty ring unfortunately as soon as I tried the earrings I had an allergic reaction that I don't normally have with silver....

We're usually used to wearing factory-made earrings that have thin fasteners and our ears react as soon as we put a larger shank in them.
If you usually tolerate silver, then I don't think this is an allergic reaction.
I suggest you clean your earrings with soapy water and try wearing them again for a few hours. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to ask us for a return label 😊

I've ordered from Itsara several times in the past but I have to admit that my last order was a bit disappointing as the item was oxidized. Having said that, jewelry is always very well priced!
The black color on your ring is not due to oxidation, but to the patina used by the craftsman to highlight the motifs. The ring is dipped in a product that soaks in everywhere. Before sending them out, we take care to wash the jewels and adjust them to your size. However, if you enlarge them a little more, you'll notice the patina. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need advice on how to eliminate this patina.

The jewel is very pretty. However, I wonder about the material used and defined as solid silver. In fact, the ring blackened in the first few days I wore it.
The black that stands out may be due to the patina of the jewel.
We always clean the rings before sending them out, but the patina may remain.
You can remove this patina by rubbing the ring with a stainless steel scouring ball and washing-up liquid.
The more you wear your ring, the more beautiful and shiny it will become.
Don't use bleach or other bleach derivatives, as this will re-form the patina.

The bracelet we ordered didn't fit because you asked us to measure the wrist when we should be measuring the flat of the hand. This changes everything. What's more, the return is not free of charge as you deduct a contribution from us. I'm very disappointed
I'm sorry the bracelet doesn't fit... To measure your wrist, it's best to take a strip of glossy paper if possible, about 5 cm wide.
Once you've measured it, use it to go around your wrist, without tightening it too much, and transfer it to a ruler.
This method is valid for an open band or a soft bracelet.
For a closed band, close your hand as if you were going to put the bracelet on, thumb inside, a bit like a duck's beak, and measure the widest part, i.e. the phalanges.
Do not measure the flat of the hand.
