I am still waiting for my ring exchange, and I see that the package only left yesterday, July 21, while I sent the first ring on July 16, and supposedly the new one left on the 19th.
As stated in our exchange policy, we must wait for the receipt of your return before we can send the new ring. Your return was indeed received on Friday, July 21.
Since our team does not work on weekends and the post does not deliver on Sundays, the exchange was shipped this Monday, July 21.
Thus, between sending, receiving, processing, and shipping, a few days are necessary.
In this case, 5 days have passed.

All our jewelry is made of solid silver, meaning it's pure silver, without plating or coating.
We use either 925 silver (92.5% pure silver) or pure silver 999 (99.9%), entirely handcrafted by Karen artisans.

A star for the fast expedition... The ring that is indicated as 4.7mm wide is only 2mm... the soldering is visible and the ring arrived with a lack of material in one spot. But unfortunately, I gifted it and the person wore the ring, and as stated in the terms and conditions, returns are only allowed if the jewelry has not been worn... anyway, not a great experience.

Lost order, arrived at another customer's place, you have to cry to get a small 15% discount, sincerely very disappointed with the after-sales service.

Have you managed to clean your bracelet as I explained in my e-mail of September 17?
It sometimes happens that silver blackens when it comes into contact with a product we may have on our skin, or with the acidic ph of our skin.

Order not received to date. I asked about the status of the order and later even asked for a refund for my non-received item, as it was a gift for a birthday. I've had no reply to date. So for a first order, I'm rather dissatisfied. I give it 1 star because it's impossible not to give it a star at all.
As seen and settled together, the name of your locality had taken the place of your surname. Even though Nathalie De Pégomas à Pégomas is very chic 😁, the package went round in circles.
However, we apologize for the delay. Itsara is a small team of just 5 people. When 2 are missing, we sometimes have trouble keeping up it's true. But we're solid 💪🏼, and that's pretty rare.
