I've ordered from Istara 4 or 5 times, for €150 to €190 each time, I love the rings, but for that amount, when I specify that it's for gifts, no box, no certificate for each item, and no loyalty service, I get bored.
Our gift wrapping is in the form of gift bags, which we enclose with the order, along with baguiers when specified, as you did. Did you get them?
We don't really have a loyalty service at the moment, but we're working on it.
On the other hand, our customers receive promotional mailings before new customers, and the percentages are different. That's our current loyalty system 🙂
As for the certificate, I assume you're talking about a certificate of authenticity, which we don't actually provide, because all our jewelry is hallmarked with our importer's hallmark, registered with the Nice customs guarantee office as proof of its authenticity and guaranteeing the quality and origin of the jewelry. Your comment is nonetheless pertinent, and we'll be looking into the matter.

Have you checked the back of each "blade" for the hallmark?
In general, we do it in a corner or on a discreet spot, so that it is not obvious on the jewel for aesthetic reasons. For these buckles, it's usually either a top or bottom corner, at the back of the blades.
