I asked for a necklace exchange and placed an order for more than the exchange price, and Isabelle and Léonel also gave me the difference as a gift. The navigation is well thought out, which made my user experience optimal, and the way the products are highlighted gives the customer a clear idea of their quality. The only downside is that some items are limited in terms of size... Some items that are supposed to be unisex (bracelets, for example) aren't really unless you have a twig for a wrist... it's a bit frustrating, especially when you see a photo of a male model wearing one... Apart from this cloud, there's nothing to complain about in terms of delivery or return policy.
