Hello Loïc, I'm sorry that the ring is not adjusted to your size, it's not always easy to take your size, one millimeter of error and it's a size difference. However, you can return the ring to us free of charge and we'll adjust it to your desired size. With the ring gauge we've sent you, you can tell us your exact size.
