Please know that we are always ready to listen to our customers, whatever the problem or the timeframe of the order. Our jewelry is made of pure (99%, not 92.5%), natural sterling silver, and has not undergone any treatment such as rhodium plating (protective film-coated metal). If you are unfamiliar with this process, I invite you to find out more. Like uncoated 925 silver, pure, natural silver does not appreciate prolonged exposure to humidity. Oxidation can then occur, accentuated by heat and light. This has nothing to do with the quality of the silver, which in this case is beyond reproach. All silver oxidizes if it is not stored in the right conditions. That's why it's best to avoid the bathroom, for example. Showering is no problem, as long as you keep it on you, or dry it before storing it in a dry place. And preferably away from light. Avoid chlorinated products (e.g. over-chlorinated swimming pools), bleach and sulfur-based products. Finally, some people turn silver black. This is related to the PH of the skin. This may be permanent or temporary, depending on the case. On the other hand, even oxidized silver can always be repaired. We can provide you with cleaning methods, or do it for you if you really don't dare. I've been wearing some of my jewels for over 20 years. They look as good as new. And my great-grandchildren still will if they inherit it. And if they respect the minimum conditions of use. You may say that this pure silver quality doesn't suit you. Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. My partner and I do our utmost to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. We are a very small company (two of us), and we took a few days off for Christmas from midday on the 24th to the morning of the 28th, which caused a delay in sending the tracking numbers.
On the other hand, having ordered on December 25, the time seemed long to you, but in truth the delivery time was only 5 working days, you received your parcel on January 4 and the post office was closed on December 25, 26, 27 and January 1, 2 and 3.
