Clasp very difficult to close;-((
This type of very original clasp does indeed require a good hand and a little patience. Most of our customers are happy with them, but it's not easy for everyone. Don't hesitate to send us an e-mail if you'd like to return this item for an exchange or refund.

I'm happy with my ring but not so happy with my earrings, I can't put them on, they don't fit in my lobes.
Despite their beauty, some earrings have thick stems. They are indeed intended for discerning ears. Or those who want to take the plunge. It's all a question of training. But that's not your case, which we understand. Even if you're out of time, as we've discussed with you by e-mail, we've sent you a free return for a refund.

Very pretty bracelet
Navigation is not very intuitive, and as the jewels are numbered but not in chronological order on the pages, searching can be complicated (I like the N°X ring, go to the site and tell me what you think = a lot of wasted time!). Likewise, if you want to compare models to finalize your choice (the jewels are certainly very beautiful, so take them all ;-)). The ethics are there, and so is the quality of the jewelry; there's just one little thing missing to make everything perfect.
I'm taking the liberty of replying to you today, to tell you that we completely agree with you.
We are currently in the process of redesigning our entire site on another platform, for easier navigation, cleaner visuals, choice of delivery method for you, one page per product, which will enable us to give more information on each piece of jewelry, etc. We would have liked to finish it before the end of the year. We would have liked to finish it before Christmas, but it's a big job... It will be for 2021.
While waiting for this new navigation, you can have a quicker view of all the jewels by going to the " collections " tab in the top right-hand menu of our site, where the jewels are presented in chronological order. In any case, thank you for your word and your loyalty!

The finish (welding of the ring )is not great
Very beautiful models, but I don't think the quality is too good (I've only tested one ring).
A pretty ring at first glance, but you can see some marking flaws between the designs on the ring.
Disappointed. Used to this seller, I was particularly disappointed by one of the last rings I bought... Dirty. Tarnished and oxidized. It was a gift for a special occasion. Ruined. Really disappointed.
Site not ergonomic enough
You announce a delivery time of 2 to 4 days, it took 5 days, admittedly it's only one more day but I was worried because the bracelet was a gift.
Correct delivery
I've ordered several bracelets from Itsara and have always been very satisfied, but this time I'm a bit disappointed: the bracelet is too fragile, one of the wires carrying the beads has already broken (I've had it for just over a month and don't even wear it every day, unlike the others), and yet I haven't worn it underwater, as the site recommended.

The site is well designed. The problem I encountered was related to the quality of the product ordered.
Sale item: attractive photo / the size of the pendant and the necklace as a whole
Navigation between category tabs is impractical.
Very well presented site, good presentation of the products, ethnic earrings not too expensive, it's simple. I would have liked more choice, free shipping over a certain amount, prices that don't go up with the arrival of the holidays, and the loyalty card process.
