They probably didn't have the size of bracelets I wanted, and instead of telling me, they sent me some that were too big...what a shame!
If we are out of stock in the size you ordered, we will contact our customers to work out an arrangement (choice of another piece of jewelry or refund). If you did not receive the correct size, it is probably an error that was made during the preparation of your order, and we are sincerely sorry.

The purity of this silver gives the material greater malleability, which facilitates totally handcrafted production, zero risk of allergy and great durability.
On the other hand, for small, delicate pieces such as earring stems, they need to be handled delicately to avoid excessive deformation. To this end, we include a note on paper with the earrings, advising you on how to handle them, due to the purity and malleability of silver.
