On some rings, the silver is not shiny but rather has a matte appearance, making it look like an alloy of steel rather than silver.

Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, some of our rings have a deliberately matte finish: this is an artisanal choice, typical of the work of solid silver by Karen artisans. It is not an alloy, but pure silver at 95-98%.

Jewelry that matched well with the photo and the expected quality. One suggestion: if the ring size did not fit the recipient, could it be returned to get another size? I didn't see anything about this on the site where I ordered, which will limit me for future purchases.

A star for the fast expedition... The ring that is indicated as 4.7mm wide is only 2mm... the soldering is visible and the ring arrived with a lack of material in one spot. But unfortunately, I gifted it and the person wore the ring, and as stated in the terms and conditions, returns are only allowed if the jewelry has not been worn... anyway, not a great experience.
