It has a very good taste but the texture is lacking, it is too hard.

It is very beaten up, and it was not vacuum packed. For the taste, it is very good, but the last time I ordered, the pieces were more whole and compact.

I was pleasantly surprised, highly recommend the website and the brand. The shoulder has turned out very good, perhaps for my taste, a bit too much curing and saltiness, but in general very tasty and the family liked it a lot. We will buy again at Jamón y Paletilla. Regards
