I paid for 7 to 7.5 kg.. And the one that arrived weighed 7 kilos and 87 grams. I asked for it to have fat and what I received was a Sílfide.

It was a gift and it arrived well and on time. I am not sure if the order included a gift from Navidul of a black box with cured meats. Please check it and if it included it, send it. Thank you very much.

The shoulder, the back part was not matured and we couldn't eat half of the shoulder, I would appreciate if someone could give me an explanation, as I understand these things shouldn't happen. Regards and thanks!!

Very dry. It's barely bacon, and the meat of the ham is very dry. The dishes seem like a ham from a €1 package.... Last year I bought a shoulder and we liked it so much that this year we bought a ham and it was very bad. I also recommended this page to my brother-in-law and the same, he received a very dry shoulder.... very poor quality this year to be honest.
