The product looks very good, but the carrier was dreadful. Although a delivery time was confirmed (by phone three days prior), they did not show up, despite our repeated calls during which they promised to deliver on the scheduled day. And when they finally delivered, the truck was not equipped with a lift gate and the driver simply dropped the pallet from the back of the truck – a drop of about 1.5 m – fortunately, nothing was fragile! He then dragged the pallet (without a dolly) on our driveway, thus damaging the surface. I appreciate the company, but I will not place any more orders due to this catastrophic delivery.

The review of the store should have been 5 stars because all interactions with the seller were perfect! But because of the provider responsible for the final delivery, I reduced the stars: delayed by a carrier (the Toulouse messengers) who let me down for 2 consecutive days under false pretenses, I had to go pick up my package myself at this carrier's depot. Very satisfied with the seller, very dissatisfied with the provider chosen for the delivery.

I ordered this piece that seemed cheap compared to the usual price, I understood why when I unpacked it, it has paint defects in various places and even a twisted element that, due to the packaging, cannot be attributed to transport. In this case, it would be more honest to specify "discounted due to defects", we wouldn't be surprised.
