The article met my expectations and the phone calls were kind. Bravo and keep up the good work, but please deal with a partner other than UPS, who literally doesn't give a damn about you or your customers. They send a text message saying they are delivering on such and such a date. On the day indicated, even though they've been there all day, no one shows up. Then you receive another SMS saying that they "couldn't" deliver to the address indicated and that the parcel has been dropped off at a relay point. You then go to the relay point in question the next morning, which tells you that they were closed the day before and that UPS won't be coming until the afternoon. The result: a wasted day and two 15 km (return) journeys, i.e. 30 km by car, to collect a parcel that was supposed to arrive at your home. In the future, if the delivery company is UPS, I won't order from any website.
