After ordering a metal protective cover, the part I received was damaged (chipped, blistered and scratched paint, and a bent mounting bracket). I therefore turned to the after-sales service, which was conspicuous by its silence: in 4 weeks and after 4 reminders, only an evasive e-mail indicating that my ticket was "taken care of" (sic) I therefore consider that I've been swindled. It was my first purchase on JardinAffaires and of course my last... To be avoided...
Delivery time a little long, but products as ordered.
Purchase and delivery on time, just need to better protect the material sent as the plastic connector for connecting a hose to clean the cutting deck ordered was broken, I cobbled it together so as not to delay assembly of the part... good first experience overall.
