The product purchased was not the product received. I asked for a commercial discount to buy the right product again, I received an invalid code... it's not an optimal experience.
This is my 2nd purchase of this type of product from the same brand. In store, impeccable. On line 2 problems: - Product arrives without screws or instructions - Impossible to repair the first one purchased with a new blade as they are out of stock. Open to discussion as these products are super efficient.
