Saw received the day after ordering. Got up and running with no particular problems (chain oil, bar and chain installation). I cut and sliced a 35 cm diameter plum tree without any problems. This machine is an excellent replacement for a petrol chainsaw (weight, exhaust fumes, noise). Very satisfied with my purchase.
