After 2 hours of use, the chainsaw won't start... it's just unbelievable after 2 hours of initial use... I contact the after-sales service.
Product ok but delivery catastrophic. The delivery man didn't show up, didn't ring the bell and just dropped the parcel off at a shop while the house was full. The shop was closed for 3 days, so recovery of the purchase was delayed by the same amount. Why offer home delivery if your carriers don't provide the service? This indelicate carrier is TNT. Change carriers, there are a lot of serious ones that manage to deliver without any problems and that keep me informed as they go round.
