Ainda não recebi a minha encomenda, apesar de me ser enviado o número de rastreio da FEFEX, com previsão de entrega a 08/03/2023. Comuniquei com a transportadora que me informou que nunca lhe foi entregue a encomenda. Tudo muito mau. Enviei vários e-mails para JARDÍN AFFAIRES, não responderam. Ainda não sei qual a previsão de entrega. Tudo muito mau e pouco profissionalismo com o cliente.

I called 2 times, the first time they were looking for my missing parcel and the second time the parts were being restocked even though they were available on the site. in short, I'm fed up and still haven't heard from them, but the payment was cashed 2 months ago.
