Very good value for money. A few minor concerns as to why the piece couldn't be made, but once these were resolved, everything went smoothly. Material selection and ordering are very easy. Production and delivery are fairly quick. The parts produced are compliant.

Precise cutting dimensions. In the order form, only the outside dimensions appear. There was an error in the position of the holes and I was unable to check whether the error was mine or yours. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Wide range of precise cutting options. Very quick turnaround. Unfortunately my plate was scratched in several places on one side. It was of no consequence as I'd planned to paint it, but not great in principle.

Very well packaged despite the size (3mm thick aluminium, 100mm x 2000mm), product arrived in good condition. Delivery as fast as expected (on time).

I ordered and received 4 aluminium door covers for a very high price of about 90. I expected to receive a high-quality product with an impeccable finish. This is absolutely not the case, as all 4 plates are scratched and the cut-outs are not even smoothed. This is simply scandalous.

Hello, Thank you for your comment. As we discussed over the phone. It's important to pay attention to how the plates may look. The product sheets indicate when there may be scratches, for example. And also, as in your case, that most of our materials come with a PVC film to be removed on installation.
