The products are compliant and of good quality. But I really regret that the main piece I ordered to renovate my kitchen worktop is tattooed with the manufacturer (Thyssen). It's really unsightly. I'd like an answer, by the way.

Hello, thank you for your opinion. If you're talking about the black print indicating a material reference, this is an obligation to guarantee the conformity of the batch of material. It's planned to be able to erase it with acetone-type solvent. If you're talking about something else, please call us on 0800 746 548 (free number).

Cut to size. Stainless steel plate full of bumps and marks. No problem for me, I had a cacache plate made for outdoor use. Limited deburring, so watch your fingers! Overall, correct, very protective packaging, or too much so, given the surface defects. The site is reliable, which is good, you can go there with confidence.

Initially, rates were attractive. Now too expensive. The parts are "sanded" (rubbed with Scotch-britt?) to remove - partially - an ugly grey oxidation. Not a pretty sight.
