Nice, easy-to-use website with good advice on selection and installation, impeccable products, very good packaging, fair prices, especially with free delivery, excellent customer service (honest answers to customer questions). Only downside: delivery took 8 days longer than expected (production delay due to an overload of orders in September, I was told).

I like the simplicity of adding parts to be cut. You can see if the dimensions are OK (no problem when exporting the file) and if the cuts are OK. However, when exporting Solidworks in DXF, I have a problem importing into the John Steel Pro tool. I have to use vector software (Inkscape) to debug certain angles that the John Steel Pro tool doesn't understand. To be worked on...

The time slot provided by Geodis was not respected and I was not informed that the driver would not come. I called Geodis who told me that they did not have the parcel on the local platform (I confirmed the slot proposed on the site the day before). The parcel was delivered later without me being informed and was left on the premises of our site, on a sidewalk. It could have been stolen.

The parts were missing a little deburring after cutting. They're really rough. What's more, I think the laser or waterjet is very powerful for small parts. Otherwise, the delivery time is good, and the online service is nice and practical. The price seems right too.

The equipment delivered is perfect, well done John Steel, but the delivery company chosen is E: DPD delivery men have the annoying habit of throwing parcels over the fence to save time. I don't pay 7.32 for this kind of service, so next time I'll file a complaint. What's more, it tarnishes John Steel's image...

Mirrored 304 1.5mm stainless steel plates, very good quality, but the laser cutting caused tiny sparks which in places scratched the plate a bit, the marks are very, very small but central. Fortunately, it's only visible up close, so it didn't bother me.
