A very delayed delivery. 9 days to arrive... Unfortunately, the address provided was not fully transcribed by the service provider, so the parcel remained in the depot for 4 days. No sms or info given by the deliverer to report the delay or delivery difficulties encountered.

Delivery on time and item extremely well packaged. Item conforms to my request in every respect, I would just have appreciated it if the references of my corten steel plate had not been printed on the decorative side, as I had cut out a customer service note that was easy to reach.

The parts were received with a poor finish (approximate dimensions, no sanding, joints to be touched up, incomplete drilling).

The Dpd delivery service is, as usual, very disappointing. On the tracking it says: the package could not be deposited representation the next business day (ie 3 days later) while I was at home all day waiting for the package that was announced ... but no deliveryman came ... great dpd and not the first time ..... deliveryman to avoid ...

Deadlines far too long, part made with half the holes, in short I had to do the job myself 10 days late and lost 100 bucks. too bad the concept is good.

What can I say, everything is perfect 😉 more than reasonable price, fast processing and shipping as well.

Very good. I didn't put the maximum because I was delivered an unfinished part (maybe a machine "bug"). I mostly sanctioned the fact that it wasn't detected."

A large claw across the part on one side, but as I placed this side inside the obget I'd made (locking stop for a gate), it didn't really bother me. The part was small (less than 200 mm long), so maybe that's why it got caught, perhaps by the robot during cutting?

Reasonable price, very quick delivery, very good quality (even the unfilmed side of the sheets is very clean).
