Ordered aluminium plate 4 mm n 520x520mm Super well packaged, correct cut but plate slightly bulged by about 1/10th in its center (original plate like that or deformation during cutting or handling by suction cup, I do not know). Shipped on time as promised

Perfect service
The order received does not conform to the drawing. The laser has pointed to the center of the cutout, according to customer service, which leaves the customer in the lurch when a problem is indicated. The imported drawing did not indicate a problem in the website interface. On another hole, this one was made with a ratio of less than 0.8 times the thickness.
To do better, you'd have to launch in fab before getting the dxf...
