All is ok

Frankly, the service is of incredible quality and very fast. I'd just like to point out that the same cannot be said for the transport by the third-party company, which must surely have mishandled the product, which was bent at an angle when I opened it, despite impeccable packaging with Styrofoam and a wooden board to protect the contents.

It's a pity you don't offer anodized aluminum and other stronger shades/heat treatments like 7075 T6, for example. Otherwise very good, great concept

Product concerned: Stainless steel 304L raw and shiny on the site it says: The stainless steel plate is protected by a film to avoid any marks or scratches on the shiny side.

Delivery of the parcel complicated, because there was not my name on the parcel this during by force of instance is goodwill, I managed to see my good.

Several orders and I'm satisfied, the work is always so clean. Once there was a problem...a little email explaining the problem and it was solved within 24 hours by a new manufacture.

Super efficient

I ordered an anti-trace aluminium hood base and to be honest, the finish is perfect, the cut is meticulous, I'm very satisfied, but the delivery was a horror. The dpd carrier forgot to indicate my name on the parcel (he indicated the name of the relay point). So I contacted customer service and they replied within 5 minutes.
