Postage far too expensive
A very delayed delivery. 9 days to arrive... Unfortunately, the address provided was not fully transcribed by the service provider, so the parcel remained in the depot for 4 days. No sms or info given by the deliverer to report the delay or delivery difficulties encountered.
The parts were received with a poor finish (approximate dimensions, no sanding, joints to be touched up, incomplete drilling).
J+8 far from being respected, very good equipment, fully meeting my expectations, after-sales service: contact person who should change profession. In 1 word: Shame
Expensive prices but quick cutting and delivery.
The order received does not conform to the drawing. The laser has pointed to the center of the cutout, according to customer service, which leaves the customer in the lurch when a problem is indicated. The imported drawing did not indicate a problem in the website interface. On another hole, this one was made with a ratio of less than 0.8 times the thickness.
Product concerned: Stainless steel 304L raw and shiny on the site it says: The stainless steel plate is protected by a film to avoid any marks or scratches on the shiny side.
A PROBLEM IN THE DELIVERY IF NOT MICKEL GOODS AND REASONABLE DELAYS
Hello. I went to the retailer to pick up my order but he couldn't find it. He had opened a package thinking it was addressed to him. Finally, I was given my purchase, which had neither my name nor my address on it. So I received an open package. I wonder what's the point of filling out a whole request for information, especially for a 1st time buyer. Very very disappointed.
Delivery e, plate quality not great
The parts ordered were not as well made as usual. The requested holes were only pointed, and the aluminum was of poor quality with a mediocre surface finish. I was a little disappointed with this order, although I've always been satisfied with your production.

Scratched sheet metal + machining marks -- unacceptable
One side damaged, the other almost not, to avoid that it drags in duration and headache I accepted the product in the state, there is no death of man and the coast is perfect, but it is always annoying :/.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service. Online ordering is really nice and easy. The service is fast. The only downside, if there is one, is that the aluminum parts cut-outs are systematically brushed (or almost). One of my last cuts, a small one, was not brushed and remained shiny from the start. It's so much more beautiful
I ordered a stainless steel credenza. I knew perfectly well that it was cut to size and that I had to glue it to a support. The site is presented in such a way that I had understood that this credenza would be delivered with its special glue cartridge and installation instructions. But no glue and no instructions? The answer from customer service: this kit is delivered with certain credenzas.
DHL is extremely mediocre. Good information at first, then no information on the website about delivery tracking for 5 days in Nantes".
The delivery time was too long and not in accordance with the commitment. I had to call customer service several times and they gave me a new estimate, which was not respected either. I think an 8-day delivery time is too long: you need to improve your manufacturing responsiveness.

Order placed Tuesday 07/11 evening received incomplete Friday (10 pieces out of 33 ordered) very responsive customer service missing pieces sent next working day. Received the rest of the order today, still 6 pieces missing... to be continued
I ordered a 3 mm thick rectangular aluminium plate, which I received promptly, and I was happy to go and place it, but I noticed that the piece was not flat, the 2 sides were raised...I contacted the after-sales service, which explained that this was the result of the laser cutting and that I should have used a thicker plate IT'S WRITTEN NOWHERE ON THE SITE since then no more news. Steel plate arrives quickly, but has several very visible scratches.

I ordered 6 steel plates to make tables (over 500 euros per order). Fast, impeccable delivery of 2 parcels by DHL. The only problem is that the first plate in each parcel is badly damaged with large scratches (1/2 mm deep), probably caused by mishandling. John doesn't care, even with photos... Shameful
The sheet metal is all scratched on both sides. The marking was left on the part. I have the impression of having recovered the scrap from the workshop. For the price of the cut sheet metal, I would not recommend the site.

I'm used to receiving the goods d+1 on my previous orders, but I had to wait a week. Unreachable on the phone, I no longer recommend using John steel services.
Delivery tracking in English, plus 6 days to deliver. Customer service: following my concern about the delay in delivery, I contacted customer service who were supposed to call me back, but I'm still waiting.
I still haven't received my order dated 16/09...
The quality of John Steel's service, almost beyond reproach, is unfortunately marred by the partnership with UPS, which sometimes fails to deliver on time.

The goods I ordered arrived with multiple scratches, perhaps it's impossible to do otherwise, but given that the order is installed inside my house I had to give it additional treatment.
