I have ordered glossy raw aluminium plates. The glossy sides are scratched. What is the point of offering aluminum with glossy sides if they are scratched and therefore unusable? I'm following up your call. In fact, I should have ordered film plates. It's good that you've removed "glossy" from the product name.
