Unable to deliver a small 17cm square stainless steel plate on time

The choice of deadlines is a plus (when you're not in a hurry). The work is very good, I'm very satisfied. On the other hand, the carrier announced by sms a delivery on Saturday 18th June morning. It didn't happen, without any explanation or apology. On Monday 20th, a new delivery notice by e-mail, this time very good, with GPS tracking of the truck, and a very friendly deliveryman, who was unaware of the previous incident.....

The site is ultra-ergonomic, easy to use, and even lets you visualize your project before validation for production. Everything is automated from start to finish! The work is of the highest quality, and deliveries are super-fast and meticulous! As for customer service, for me it's optimal! One of my cutting projects was very complex, and I was taken directly to John Steel to finalize it. John Steel offers an unprecedented model of sales and customer service, from design to production.

This is serious stuff. But at the very least, I'd like a more detailed explanation of the rule that sets minimum "widths" for certain parts (0.8 times the thickness of the sheet metal). Your server simply rejects parts that don't comply with this rule without giving any further information.
