All very good, especially the packaging of the parcels, really well done. A small reservation about the tolerances of the online cutting software, I'd like to have it to the half millimeter, it's missing.

Delivery to my dimensions, including cut-outs. 4 mm reinforced stainless steel, perfect for rainwater manhole covers. Everything was very well packaged and delivered in excellent condition (information e-mail). I have nothing to suggest as an improvement, and that's quite rare. I highly recommend this company.
