I have to admit that at first, I was a little reluctant to use this group to order a part for my 3D printer. The technical department helped me finalize my order. I was also a little worried about final deformation in transit. My part arrived perfectly protected in its packaging. It corresponds in every way to my expectations and to my drawing (from a dimensional point of view). The prices are perfectly competitive and reasonable. If I had to do another part tomorrow, I'd definitely come back to them. I'd definitely recommend them.

Unable to deliver a small 17cm square stainless steel plate on time
The choice of deadlines is a plus (when you're not in a hurry). The work is very good, I'm very satisfied. On the other hand, the carrier announced by sms a delivery on Saturday 18th June morning. It didn't happen, without any explanation or apology. On Monday 20th, a new delivery notice by e-mail, this time very good, with GPS tracking of the truck, and a very friendly deliveryman, who was unaware of the previous incident.....
