Delivery on time. The metal plate was scratched, so I had to contact customer service, which was very responsive. The site is intuitive, the result is top notch and the products are well packaged so that they don't suffer in transit. 4 stars for the scratches on the plate, otherwise well worth the 5.

I would have appreciated it if the piece had been chamfered a little on all 4 sides. After all, the edges are very sharp!

Made-to-measure brushed stainless steel cut-outs. The dimensions are perfectly respected. The cut is very clean (laser, I think) and the edges don't cut (no risk when handling). Packaging is meticulous and the piece arrived intact. Turnaround time is reasonable for a made-to-measure piece (one decade). What more could you want?
