We do our best to ensure follow-up, even if it means contacting the warehouses directly. This is serious stuff. But at the very least, I'd like a more detailed explanation of the rule that sets minimum "widths" for certain parts (0.8 times the thickness of the sheet metal). Your server simply rejects parts that don't comply with this rule without giving any further information.
