Packaging of the product ordered very good and conforms to the order.

Material as described, clean cut, top packaging and delivery time, I can and will recommend it whenever I need it. What's more, the price is just right in the current climate of soaring aluminum prices.

It's easy to specify what you want, and the interface for building your project is crystal-clear. What's more, delivery is on time and in the right packaging.

The quality and finish are perfect. The problem is the deadline, which was important to me. There are 3 possible deadlines, so the customer thinks that the dates are respected, and that's not the case.

Cutting error on their part from JohnSteel, offer of a 5 credit on the next order... No real solution offered. It's a shame, the quality was there...

Perfectly cut parts, I can now widen the front end of my race car.

I've been working with John Steel for over a year. I make handcrafted furniture and barbecues. The cutting has always been of the highest quality, with no burrs. What's more, the customer service department has often given me very good advice for my more technical cuts. I recommend this company 100%.
