6-star packaging (some people whose name evokes a large river might take inspiration from this); customer service not contacted but excellent website; one star less on the merchandise because of a large scratch which doesn't bother me but which would have needed a good sanding for decorative use.

I confirm my evaluation. I always have a fear when I buy a product on the internet...at John steel everything was clear, well guided on my order and delivery. I really appreciated the emails and sms that allowed me to track the product, date and time to my door. I would like to express my complete satisfaction.
On the whole, it's in order. Small burr on the cutout, but nothing to worry about 🙁 Very good packaging. Too bad the tracking number isn't in the space 😉
